Flip Pallot, host of ESPN's Walker's Cay Chronicles stated that Crocodile Bay Lodge and its surrounding fishery offers one of the most diverse fisheries, in terms of a multitude of species, that he has ever experienced. Located on 44 acres carved out of one of the most diverse biospheres in South America, Crocodile Bay Lodge is one of the most unique locations that Worldwide Angling represents. With year round off shore bill fishing, inshore fishing for Rooster fish, snapper even closer, and a mangrove swamp loaded with snook what else does a seasoned angler need. Crocodile Bay Lodge clearly has it all and there is more.

On top of world-class fishing Crocodile Bay Lodge has over 34 air-conditioned rooms with hand carved furniture, fantastic views and most even have a Jacuzzi. While more than a fishing destination, Crocodile Bay Lodge has eco tours in the vast isolated jungle and kayaking amongst the wide life in the Mangrove swamps, almost makes you want to bring the family.

And we did. In 2004, David Caywood, Worldwide Angling's Managing Director took his wife for a weeks stay. While David was out fishing four out of six days, Mary enjoyed the pool, butterfly House, bird watching, and horse back riding. With scuba diving on Cano Island, rappelling down waterfalls, gold panning and the ever popular crocodile tour, you can quickly see why it takes more than a week to do it all for the non angler. The only thing the Caywood's did not partake in was surfing the second longest break in the world at Povones point. Your family will not feel left behind while you go out fishing for the day, they may even forget about you all together. Crocodile Bay is one size that fits all!

Located on the Pacific side of Costa Rica on the Gulf of Dulce, the dept of the ocean latterly drops off the charts right off the pier. Because of this the billfish thrive as the currents pour in the bait. The result is fantastic year round bill fishing in a part of the world renowned for world record fish. Crocodile Bay Lodge clients start fishing almost as soon as the lines are cast off at the pier! Tired of catching to many billfish? Todd Boyd, Crocodile Bay's resident fly fishing master has basically reinvented fly-fishing for Roosterfish and the results have been astounding. No where in the world are your chances of hooking into a rooster better than Crocodile Bay. And with only 100 IGFA rooster records ever recorded, fame awaits the determined.

Easy to get to, fun for all and world-class fishing make this one of Worldwide Angling's favorite destinations for everyone. Staff included!

Centrally located, near your room for your connivance.

All rooms are air-conditioned come with two queen size beds, private deck and are just two minutes walk from either the pier or the lodge. At night the sounds of the jungle will enchant you to sleep like no other night time sound machine could. It's all real, natural and best of all peaceful.
